The Michigan Works! Association sent a videography team to Flint’s Career Alliance, Incorporated One-Stop Center to produce a virtual tour of the facility. Career Alliance, Incorporated (CAI) was one of seven one-stops chosen for this project as a result of a questionnaire sent to all 25 of the Michigan Works! One-Stops in the state. This virtual tour video is used to show the best practices of the one-stops and how to achieve the highest level of service.
Career Alliance, Incorporated was chosen because of the unique character of the partnerships and collaborative nature of the service providers located in the One-Stop. The services available at CAI are of such a nature that they are available for people from birth to retirement. This includes all levels of income, condition of employment or unemployment, marital status, age, or disability of any kind. The team was under the leadership of Luann Dunsford, Deputy Director of the Michigan Works! Association.
